• To promote the Company and to prospect for new customers. • To formulate, implement and execute sales strategies/plans to maximize sales and increase market share • To achieve sales budgets set by the Company. • To build and maintain good rapport with customers. • To be responsible for payment collection and credit recommendation • To service existing customers to ensure customers¡¯ satisfaction and loyalty with aim of growing sales • To feedback and/or analyze market information • To understand customer requirements and formulate proposals with assistance of professional services team • To conduct sales oriented presentation and discussions with customers and prepare relevant correspondence for closure of sales • To resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service |
